Although you may have retired from the military, your commitment to this Country remains unwavering. So does ours. We work to ensure that every Veteran maximizes the benefits they have earned through their selfless service and sacrifice.
You chose to serve us and our Country — now let us serve you.
Veterans Healthcare, founded by Kevin Watkins and Taylor Miller, works to ensure that every Veteran receives the benefits promised to them.
It all began with Paul. As Kevin grew up, his father Paul would tell him stories — sometimes, the same ones again and again — about his eight years serving in the Army. Paul (who was ten years old when WWII ended) also served in the Army Reserves for six years of Kevin’s childhood, spending his two weeks of vacation time at annual training every year. Kevin remarked, “That’s how I remember him spending every summer. Six years with no vacation.” Through Paul, Kevin saw a sliver of the sacrifices service members make, but it was Veterans’ character that really struck him – “If you said you were going to do something, you’d better do it.”

Kevin worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years before starting a new role, servicing Medicare plans with Taylor Miller. Their first year working together, they primarily worked with plans designed with civilians in mind, but when the Federal Government approved new Medicare plans catered to Veterans' needs and coverage, everything changed. Taylor and Kevin recognized an opportunity to work with who Kevin describes as, “the most deserving group of people in our Nation.”
Within one day of spreading the word about the new Medicare options — which include Dental, a reduced Medicare Part B premium, and other benefits at no additional cost — Taylor and Kevin’s calendars were entirely booked through Annual Enrollment Period. They assembled a team to help them manage the demand for programs designed with Veterans in mind — and that was the birth of Veterans Healthcare.
Paul remained a guiding force in Kevin’s life and work. He and his wife of over 60 years loved the Medicare plan Kevin helped them apply for years ago. Ever the deal-hunter, Paul was particularly proud of the $5,500 he personally saved on a pair of high-quality hearing aids through his coverage. Sadly, Paul passed away in the Winter of 2025. His stories — the ones Kevin grew up hearing — now live on, told to Paul’s seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. His legacy continues to inspire Veterans Healthcare’s mission: to honor and serve those who have given so much for our Country.

Kevin describes Veterans as, “The best people to work with — I might be biased, but they’re the best people our Country has to offer, people who appreciate every piece of good that comes to them.” Kevin and Taylor view Veterans Healthcare as a chance to provide for their families while serving those who have given everything for our great Country. Kevin says, “It’s the most fulfilling thing I’ve ever done.”
We’re honored to work directly with U.S. Veterans, retirees, and their loved ones who might also be eligible for coverage. We have specially trained, licensed insurance representatives around the country ready to answer your questions and help guide you through the application process.
